The Association of Procurement Technical Assistance Centers voted Ken Bloch as president-elect. Bloch is Maine PTAC program director for Eastern Maine Development Corp.
Eastern Maine Development Corp. in Bangor announced that Ken Bloch received the “2021 Betty McDonald Outstanding Member Achievement Award” from the Association of Procurement Technical Assistance Centers. Bloch is the corporation’s Maine PTAC program director.
