Local Businesses Get Boost from EMDC’s Growing Lending Team

Working with start-ups and existing businesses statewide, EMDC partners with funding institutions including the U.S. Small Business Administration, Finance Authority of Maine, and other organizations to offer financing alternatives. “Tom’s lending and relationship management experience will continue to foster partnerships, and help Maine businesses receive the critical funding they need to grow,” said EMDC’s Director of Business Lending & Investments, Joshua McIntyre.
A graduate of the University of Maine in Machias, Tom previously worked as a Revenue Cycle Analyst for Northern Light Health, and as Branch Manager at Down East Credit Union. Tom joins EMDC’s new Portfolio & Business Development Specialist, Nancy Newell; longtime Senior Portfolio Manager, Rhonda Amsden; and Director of Lending & Investments, Joshua McIntyre.
