Up to $20,000 each for eligible applicants

About the Grant

• Created by Governor Janet T. Mills and Maine DECD
• Awarded on a first come, first serve basis until funds are spent
• Helps cover losses caused by COVID-19 pandemic
• Need evaluated based on gross sales loss between March and September of 2020
• Funded by CARES Act Coronavirus Relief Funds

Eligibility & Application

• Eligible businesses include: accommodation and food services, retail trade, arts, entertainment and recreation
• Past grantees of the Maine Economic Recovery Grant Program are eligible, as are those who were not approved for funding
• Applications only take 10-15 minutes to complete
• EMDC provides support through the application process, contact Ryan or Cody below
• Again, applications are awarded on a first come, first serve basis, get your application in ASAP
