Tourism, Hospitality & Retail Recovery Grant Program
Up to $20,000 each for eligible applicants
About the Grant
- Created by Governor Janet T. Mills and Maine DECD
- Awarded on a first come, first serve basis until funds are spent
- Helps cover losses caused by COVID-19 pandemic
- Need evaluated based on gross sales loss between March and September of 2020
- Funded by CARES Act Coronavirus Relief Funds
Eligibility & Application
- Eligible businesses include: accommodation and food services, retail trade, arts, entertainment and recreation
- Past grantees of the Maine Economic Recovery Grant Program are eligible, as are those who were not approved for funding
- Applications only take 10-15 minutes to complete
- EMDC provides support through the application process, contact Ryan or Cody below
- Again, applications are awarded on a first come, first serve basis, get your application in ASAP
