Location and Expansion
EMDC will assist your firm in finding a property that meets your expansion needs. Whether you are an existing firm in our region or considering our region for your expansion, we will act as your site selection consultant. As such we will:
- Act as your single point-of-contact to research possible sites in the region
- Serve as an intermediary between you and communities you are considering
- Work with the local government and other development agencies to package incentives for your expansion
- Conduct research on labor, utilities, and other costs assisting you to identify the best site for your venture.
We offer these services free-of-charge through the ongoing support from the counties we serve.
